  had a great experience working with Don at Home Works NC. From the start, Don was punctual, arriving right on time for our appointment. His communication throughout the process was clear and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and offered thoughtful, practical recommendations based on my needs. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about doing quality work and making sure his clients feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Home Works and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Don again in the future.

  I reached out to Don to test my father in law's house for mold after he started experiencing symptoms of mold exposure and became ill. He was prompt in getting back to me, and is very personable, and professional.  He was extremely thorough, spending a good 2 hours testing the air quality in every room, the attic, the crawlspace, and the ductwork - which is where he found the culprit. He was able to identify the species, which my father in law is very allergic to, and help us getting the ball rolling the remedying it all. We can't recommend him enough.

  Don was great. Very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone with air quality issues or mold concerns. Homeworks Enviromental will be my go to for any future issues.

  Absolutely amazing service!!! Went in and quickly cleaned up the mold, THEN cleaned again....like a new house! I can breath again...and so can my fur babies. The difference is unbelievable. Would highly recommend!!

  Called to ask for services and the man on the phone was very rude and hung up in my face. Very disappointing and uncalled for and very unprofessional. After reading your response I had to come back and comment again. What a way not to take accountability for your actions Sir. No I was prepared to pay your fee you discussed of approximately $750.00 for your services. You just didnt like the fact I was asking more questions then you wanted to answer and yes you were rude and I pray google leaves this review right here cause I have been nothing less then truthful and you Sir are a bold face lier. Please humble yourself. Maybe you should treat people better. This is a reflection of your true character. To say I wanted free services, and I was unhappy lol I should get you for slander. Be blessed. After reading your second response and seeing you erased the first..... I had to come back and respond again. I guess after you realized google wasent removing my review you decided you no longer had amnesia about our conversation and interaction. I understand your trying to not make your company look bad after poor behavior, however what im not going to accept is you once again changing the narrative and making it seem like I disrespected you or deserved your ill treatment in anyway. You stated I was interrupting you? I was asking you more indepth about the services you provided for what I needed for my specific situation. This is my money, thats my right. I didnt say anything was a scam. What I did ask you was, "is a wall cavity sample more accurate then a room air sample?" Which it is...so again stop changing the narrative to try to make your self look better. If I was trying to explain to you about injustices, maybe you should of had a little more compassion about the situation then you being rude. Then you stated I showed "anger", no i was showing concern for my health and wanted to get help to change my own situation. I never showed you "anger", just another way you trying to discredit my response to you. You did not say anything about what you do or dont do being beyond "the scoop" of what you could do for my particular situation and again your telling stories Sir. Then you said you chose to respectfully end the call? So hanging up dead in my face when I was speaking is respectfully ending the call? No Sir. Also, im going to decline your invitation to have another "productive" conversation as you failed to do that the first time. You ever heard the saying, "When someone shows you who they are the first time, believe them"? Its also apparent by your rebuttals you are a person who does not take accountability for his actions at all cost. If you want your veteran owned buisness to thrive, I suggest you start treating others the way you want to be treated.
