  I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 2. I was very pleased with the caregiver Homewatch provided at first; she did a good job for the first few weeks. Then she got lazy and wasn't doing her job. Dishes weren't clean (gross!) even after talking to her about it twice, and she did a very poor job of sweeping/mopping. She went so far as to lie to me about cleaning in certain areas that she obviously hadn't. She blamed the dishes not being clean on the dishcloth! She was on a 2 hour shift and it seemed to me that she just wanted to rush thru the work so she could get paid to sit around and do nothing. The office personnel was professional and friendly but the quality of the caregivers they hire is unacceptable.

  Jobina Garcia has been an awesome person very professional. Very polite helps out. Goes above and beyond.

  Has been a short time after signing up and have been used sparingly since. However, personal and phone contacts have been professional and friendly. It is obvious they strive to be the best.

  Been with the company for about 60 day. Staff is very reliable and on time. All wonderful people. Would highly recommend this company.

  I was first introduced to the Homewatch Caregivers company several months ago as they were introducing themselves within our community. It was evident that Nate was very knowledgeable about the industry and the challenges of establishing this new company here in the Magic Valley. With that stated, Nate and his team have lived up to and beyond all expectations. They are quick to respond, communicate effectively, and will never promise something that they are not able to commit 100% to. I highly recommend this agency for any family looking for additional in-home caregiving.
