  Homewatch has been working with my client for over 10 years now and has been absolutely wonderful. The staff is always so kind and patient with him and goes above and beyond to help him out.

Their award winning company (many years in a row) provide a fantastic overall experience for families and give them stong peace of mind for their loved ones. The Rhodes attention to detail, in creating a positive experience in every aspect of their organization, has formed an amazing culture that has attracted the cream-of- the-crop of caregivers for their clients.

  They have been great to work with, their staff is top notch, and the care givers assigned to my dad have been fantastic. He looks forward to seeing them every week, it lights up his world.

  Used this service for about 8+ months, 5 days per week. 40% of the Caregivers did work hard to interact and provide care. 60% were just putting time on the clock, minimal engagement (we had to wake one up after she had been there 2 hours with no attempt to help our family member). In the last few months there were so many "no show" experiences that we started calling the day before to see if they actually had a scheduled a caregiver. We were told that they do not have enough care givers and the scheduler recommended that we contact another agency. We did... 1/3/2020 - Thank you for your response to my original post. I do stand by the original comments. I also did a review of my invoices and show a total of 15 different caregivers over the 8+ months. Our requests and expectations were simple. As I stated originally 40% of the Caregivers did show a genuine interest and caring attitude. We were very appreciative of those Caregivers and made it a point to express that to them. It was not a situation where over a period of 8 months our Mother had only 3 Caregivers... There were also Caregivers who came into our home and photographed personal areas of our home and the final straw when we had one sleep for 2 hours next to our Mom while our Mom struggled.

  As an CNA/Caregiver for the company, I can say that they are by far the greatest home health company I have worked for. I've worked for a handful of home heath companies since I left the long term care facility where I started out 8 years ago. This company has so much more respect for their employees and their clients than I've ever seen. I remember being amazed at the end of the interview because of how much they actually cared about their company and their clients. The training was top notch, orientation was amazing, and daily support is phenomenal. I can call them with any question and they are always more than happy to answer. If the person I'm talking to doesn't know the answer, then they are prompt about finding out and contacting me back. They go out of their way to boost employee moral, with a few different reward systems. Plus if you are in a bind, like this last winter when the snow and ice was real bad, they will find a way to get you help, even if it means one of them coming to save the day. Overall, an awesome company to work for and from what my clients tell me, they are also a great company to have services through.
