  Our family had a very good experience with Homewatch CareGivers of Phoenix. Chris’s knowledge and expertise is invaluable. We would have been lost without her assistance and constant guidance. Jennifer cared for our parents as if they were her own. She was warm and attentive. Our father was always confident in her abilities and looked forward to the days when she was scheduled. Shanuna is very kind and always seemed to know what to do. She was very caring and gentle with our parents. It was a comfort to know they were in such good hands.

  Look further, the level of care and compassion was terrible. There caregivers had no respect for the level of discomfort my mom was in. One foot out of the door as soon they arrived, didnt even finish the job. Literally left my mom without putting on adult diapers. I Had to bring IN HOSPICE nurse to do the job correctly Moms was terminal with cancer, I hired this Agency. Don't make the same mistake. Nurses with no compassion, siblings hanging out in there car in my driveway (a Stranger hanging out in my drive way)

  Homewatch caregivers provided end-of-life care for my 97-year-old father for several months until his recent passing. I was extremely pleased to work with them. They sent many wonderful caregivers who provided kind and personal care. Occasionally an adjustment was needed to find the right fit between caregiver and patient. Homewatch accepted our every request to make a change without question or hesitancy. If I am ever in need of caregiver services in the Phoenix area again, I will call Homewatch first.
