I have found HCG responsive to our needs. It took a few weeks to stabilize staffing, which is understandable. When questions or concerns do come up, they are responsive. My wife is receiving care 6 days a week and likes the caregiver. No one is perfect, but when I've discussed concerns, she is responsive as well.
Nicole sanders, she came as a companion for one of our residents, she was nice and kind, help with everything that needed to be done and went beyond expectations. It was a good experience to work with her even when it did not last long as she was here just for two days, it will be nice to work with her again. Totally recommend her to take care of your love ones.

Hello my Name is Trista Jackson I work here at Oxford Grand In McKinney Tx and I have had tha pressure working with Nicole Sander she is A sitter for Sharon Bell and I must say this is no tha Best Caregiver that’s been with us I just want to let her know we reall Appreciate you for doing a Great job!!
Currently, I am staying at the Hope Lodge in Dallas with my daughter, who is battling leukemia. While here, I’ve become friends with one caregiver who has been very kind, but unfortunately, some of her coworkers from the company Home Watch have made this experience much more difficult for the rest of us staying on the 4th floor.
These individuals do not follow the rules of the Lodge, which creates added stress for patients and families who are already going through so much. We share a kitchen, yet they often leave it dirty, forcing my immunocompromised daughter to clean before she can safely prepare her own food. One person regularly drinks all the coffee provided at the coffee bar but never cleans up spills or throws away trash. Many of them are often found sleeping in common areas, which makes the space less comfortable and accessible for those of us actually living here through treatment.
I’ve already raised these concerns with Lodge management, and they have since put up new signage to address the issues. However, I feel it’s important to warn others: if you are in a desperate situation like myself and need outside caregiving help, please be cautious about companies like Home Watch. In my experience, they send out unqualified and inconsiderate caregivers who do not respect the patients, families, or environments they are placed in.
