We have had Homewatch Caregivers caring for my mom since May 2020. I reached out to Homewatch after my 93 year mother had an acute medical/surgical episode. She was 100% totally independent up until that point. After multiple hospitalizations in Jan/Feb and several surgeries and an amputation above the knee; our family knew we were facing a huge challenge returning her home. This all occurring the same time the COVID 19 outbreak began. Faced with quarantine concerns, and a high incidence of deaths in long term care facilities we did not know what to do. I typed in the search engine "best home health care in Chester County". This turned out to best call and best thing I did for my mom in 2020. I saw the listing for Homewatch. My first contact was with Ashley Inverso, Branch Manager. She helped guide me through the discharging planning process from hospital, rehab to home, always advising what was in the best interest of my mothers physical and mental needs. Without her help we could not have been able to get my mother back to her apartment and her quality of life. Cannot say enough about her commitment. All of mom's care givers are truly like extended family. They show care, kindness and compassion day after day. My wife Ingrid and I and all of her grandchildren (Victoria, Rachel & Christopher) want to personally thank Liza, Debbie, Mattu, Marche, Maira, Courntey, Victoria, Patricia and others that have supported and continue to support my mom. They are Personal Care Assistants as defined by their job, but we see them as my mom's Personal Care "Angels" as defined by their actions!!!
