Homewatch CareGivers of Ellicott City was a lifesaver for our family! Kathryn Parks the owner of the agency came personally to our home to meet with us and get everything set for care. Not only did she meet with us but she came within HOURS of my first contact with her despite the fact that she was leaving early the next morning to go out of town. She made the intake process so easy and explained everything. Her team of caregivers were top notch and provided excellent care. The support from Homewatch from scheduling to billing was amazing. They were always a phone call away and handled everything quickly. They made sure we were NEVER without a caregiver, and that was the best peace of mind for our family. I can not thank them enough for being there on such short notice, providing EXCELLENT care, and amazing support when our family needed it. It is hard to find reliable and compassionate care and Homewatch delivered with fantastic service and an entire team of amazing people! I HIGHLY recommend them!
