- PPPhyllis PollackMar 19, 20211.0We have serious reservations about this organization. With a handful of exceptions, we found the care providers unprofessional. They lacked adequate orientation, training and supervision. They often showed lack of initiative and had to be reminded of basic tasks. My parents were in their 90's and we did not feel that we could leave them with the aides, without oversight. The aides spent an inordinate amount of time sprawled on the couch, glued to their iPhones. Some had reprehensible behavior that we reported to their supervisors who did not promptly respond to our concerns or would accuse us of being rude to their "professionally trained aides." One star feels too generous.
