  I don't think things could have gone any better. They fit us in quickly and fixed a very niche and old Spacepak unit the same day! When many would have said replace this entire component they found the bad part (a capacitor) and went to a local FW Web to get the part when it wasn't on their truck. This is the kind of service I thought vanished around 15 years ago. So glad we found them.

  We recently had a new heating and cooling system installed by Hometown, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and courteous. They kept us informed throughout the process, made sure everything was done right, and even cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished. Most importantly, our new system is working flawlessly. Highly recommend Hometown for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service!

  We are very happy with the service and price we received for the installation of mini splits by Hometown Heating & Air. The sales rep. Noah was prompt knowledgeable and gave us a quote on the spot which included every element of the project. He also followed up to see how the units swer performing. The installation crews were prompt, courteous and did their best at minimizing the impact on our lives. We highly recommend them and will be contacting them for future projects.
