    I called homeserve on either a Sat. or Sun. reporting no heat. They told be that the first opening was on Tues. between 3pm and 6pm. The technician called a few minutes before 6pm and said that he was slightly delayed and would be there is about half and hour. That didn't happed and when I called him he was at another job and would be at my house for at least another hour, and besides, he would not be turning on the heat, just taking a picture to show the problem. Needless to say, I was outraged and expressed my feeling to him. He never show up. I called home serve again and the agent got me an appointment with a "PLUMBER" for the following morning. The plumber arrived on time and fixed the problem. Heat was restored So, how is my level of content? Just so, so.

    Homeserve, worth every penny. My furnace went out, the pilot wouldn’t stay lit. I called Homeserve at 4:18PM, the voice assistant identified my account and offered an appointment between 4:00 and 8:30 PM that day. Within an hour I got a text that the technician Kenneth was on the way. By 6:30 PM the heat was on. No out of pocket expense for the service or the part replacement. This is my consistent experience with Homeserve; minimal red tape, quick and reliable response, and competent personnel.
