    Submitted an inquiry, scheduled a person to come out for getting a quote for a full bathroom remodel. Nobody showed up, so I wasted my morning waiting for them.

    We purchased the upgraded Interstate Windows and a sliding door in 2019 for the entire house. The salesman and demo were great, and the installation was very good. I felt confident with the quality of these windows at the time of purchase since their website states: Years of guaranteed comfort, energy savings, and lasting beauty will be your new reality. It all comes with our HomeCraft Lifetime Warranty from your premier local window installation company! My lower rating is due to the quality of product they sell, as I've had almost $2500 worth of damaged windows over the years that unfortunately did not fall under the warranty as determined by Interstate Windows. One of the damaged replacements sticks and does not open and close as well as the originals and we were told we need to make sure we clean the tracks every time we cut the lawn to ensure they open and close smoothly. Be sure to ask for the window cleaning guidelines before you purchase so you are fully aware of them, and I have attached a photo of them as an FYI. Please be advised that if there is an issue with the windows it falls under the window warranty through the window manufacturer, Interstate Windows, and Homecraft Windows has to make a claim against Interstate Windows if you believe there is an issue with the windows.
