But though I wasn't able to connect my phone I got a call from Ken early in the time window confirming the appt and eta. They texted again just before arriving. The two guys were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They stayed and went over a problem spot until I was satisfied. On top of that the cost was very reasonable.
