  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend! I’ve used HIBS Home Inspection in Ocean Springs several times now, and Rickey is hands-down the best in the business. His inspections are extremely thorough, and he always takes the time to walk me through everything in a way that’s easy to understand. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his clients. Rickey is professional, reliable, and consistently goes above and beyond. Every experience I’ve had with him has been smooth, informative, and reassuring.   Top Notch service! A year ago, my realtor had us reach out to this company to inspect our home when we were living out of state and the inspectors were extremely thorough. A year later for our one year inspection some things popped up that made me question a part of the home that wasn’t inspected as much as I thought it should be. I called back this company within two business days they came out free of charge to double check their work and were extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend this company, especially by how much they stand by their work even a year later. In a few years, we’re gonna pay them to come back out and do another inspection and just make sure everything is good within our structure home warranty . 10/10 best inspections company and outstanding customer service. They make you feel like family. Thanks yall! 😊

  I strongly recommend staying away from this company. They handled the inspection for a home I purchased in Ocean Springs, and they completely missed a leaking bathtub. I discovered the leak after my son’s very first bath in our new home. Since I wasn’t about to go without a usable bathtub, I went ahead and made the repair myself. When the company followed up a week or two later, I explained the situation and let them know I had already repaired it. Their response? They refused to offer any kind of refund because I had fixed the problem. To me, that is completely unprofessional. I have documented proof of the issue, and I’m happy to share my story with anyone considering using their services. Don’t waste your money—look for a company that actually stands behind their inspections and treats customers fairly

  Despite the overwhelming volume of good reviews, our pre-purchase home inspection fell short of acceptable. Several missed safety items to include bathroom vents that vented directly into attic insulation, open live electric wires where prior lighting was disconnected (and left uncapped), and a cut roof support in the attic (from a prior HVAC unit replacement) that was never addressed. Also found cracked/missing floor tile grout in the bathroom (the seller had placed a small rug over the 2ft section) along with a handful of other issues that I wish were were able to address with the seller prior to purchase. Hopefully your inspection goes as well as some of the other reviews and not the way ours turned out.
