The management is very welcoming and friendly as well as helpful and professional. They treat their employees well. I have enjoyed my position with the company and feeling like I have made a difference in the lives of the clients. Each client is unique, with different needs and I take pride in formulating a plan of care that’s addresses the client’s physical and emotional well being and also provides a safe haven in their home. We have a great group of caregivers who love what they do. I have found the families of our clients to be cooperative and very grateful. I would recommend Home Care Assistance for anyone wanting quality in home care for their loved one.

I was communicating with Becky Grim prior to my husband’s release from the hospital, and she was on standby ready to provide care. When I called her and told her hubby was coming home, everything was taken care of. Help was here before I knew it. If you have a loved one that needs a caregiver, do not hesitate to call. They are a wonderful company and their service is above and beyond.
