I am beyond frustrated and disappointed to say the least. My family has been purchasing products from Home Appliance for decades. I even bought the same washer I had 5 years ago after moving, but it is not the same. I have had this whirlpool washer for two years and replaced the control board on it twice! Luckily the control board was under warranty the second time. However, I still had to pay for service fees the second time. Maintenence was cordial, and claimed to have fixed my issues, but I was left with a washer not fixed at all! I paid $140 in service fees to be left worse off. At this point, I'm convinced I was sold a a lemon. Not sure what kind of maintenance program this company is running, or what products they are selling these days, but I am deeply dissapointed and feel betrayed and left with hundreds of dollars in fees and stuck with soupy, dirty clothes.
I always love to support local business , but NOT THIS PLACE ever again !! Loyalty DOES NOT Exist with this company , I brought in the dimensions of the refrigerator that I wanted and when it was delivered, it was very small. I called up the next day did not receive a call back so I went down there and I spoke to the man who helped me out. He said there’s nothing I can do besides pay a restocking fee and get the refrigerator that I asked for. We got into a screaming match in front of people down there which was embarrassing and then I called to speak to the manager. He was absolutely no help at all. I will never step foot back in this place again and if you know what’s good for you you won’t either.
I made a photo edit as you can see clearly my old fridge measurement that I. Brought down to your sales man DO NOT MATCH UP! Please tell me again WHERE THIS IS ON ME!!! Look at the date of the photo , see the date of purchase , the following day !!!!! I expect my restocking fee back!!! As this is on home appliance !!!! Own up to your mistakes !

We purchased a kitchen package in 2021 with the great warranty that they offered. They sold us on the fact that everything was done through them and their service department. With such a great reputation and experience we didn’t even hesitate. We haven’t needed anything from them until now and when we contacted the company we were told as of April they changed their policy. They gave the warranties to an out sourced company to handle. That company may not even be within our country! When my husband called them, they spoke broken English and hung up on him. Calling again speaking to another representative (also didn’t speak English) he spent an hour on the phone and got nothing but major frustration! He was told to unplug the dishwasher, shut off the breaker and call back if it doesn’t work. Our problem is with the dishwasher not drying the dishes- no error codes or anything like that. I am so disappointed that the warranty we purchased in good faith in 2021 was a mistake. We never should have trusted a business to be honorable and trustworthy. We expected better from a non-big box company! I would have expected this from Lowe’s not home appliance.
