  As die hard wood burning fireplace lovers we put off converting to gas for almost 25 years. Boy are we happy we finally did so. The custom set-up that Aaaron designed and Justin installed is one of the best things we've done over that time to our 1950 built Crestmoor area ranch home. The opening is 5 feet long, 3 and a half feet high and 2 feet deep with a floating grate, so challenges were present but the guys at Home and Hearth Outfitters came up with a great solution that we are extremely happy with. The other companies we consulted with just didn't seem to be able to envision anything other than cookie cutter, out of the box options. We highly recommend Home and Hearth Outfitters.

  Home and Hearth is FANTASTIC. We have a tiny little fireplace that was used for coal burning and they were one of the only places that had a gas fireplace that would fit it. From the beginning of the process to the end they were helpful and informative! Special call out to Aaron who helped us on the customer service front and Justin, one of their service folks. Both of the them were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure all went well! We had Justin out for a little service issue and man, does he know his stuff! Highly recommend this company and their team members are all great!

  Friendly personnel worked with me to get a unit that fits my limited space and gave me a pretty good price. I paid for the installation and two guys came out and worked with my remodel contractor to do a professional installation. Very pleased with the result.

  Heath never returns calls and never follows up. They delivered the wrong fireplace insert and wrong glass media. Then it takes them 2 months to get a new one to replace the incorrect one. The new one shows up and it's the Same Wrong insert! I go to the actual store, talk to Heath and he assures me that the next one will be the correct insert. Well another 2 months go bye with no follow up by Heath and guess what? They deliver the wrong insert AGAIN! Wasted 5 months on this incompetent company! Told them not using them! Now I need to find someone who knows what their doing. Still can't believe a company that does this for a living is still in business.
