  Bought a custom sofa and two chairs last weekend. Mary Pat Craite was my sales person and she did an excellent job. Even though she is a newer employee at HOM, she was able to answer most of my questions and wasn't afraid ask for assistance from more seasoned employees for the few questions she needed clarification on. I didn't feel rushed or pressured which I very much appreciated; and she offered suggestions and options when I wasn't quite sure what I wanted (which was also helpful). The closing transaction went smoothly and my chairs were delivered today - they look (and feel) great. I look forward to the delivery of my couch in a couple of months. Many thanks Mary Pat for all your help in picking out new decor for my old house. :)

  Shopped here a few times. Decent variety of items and sizes. Products arrived in good shape. Delivery is on time. Starry in flooring was great to work with. I'll consider hom for future needs. Some things to watch out for. Sales. Following around and following up every few minutes. The $120 mattress "protector" is very thin nylon. What a joke. This can't be worth more than $20. It's required for the 120 night protection to return it at $180. They did accept return even though invoice said no return.

  Deandre was super amazing and made my purchasing process great! I went through some troubles with communication and picking up my furniture and I ran into him on the floor and talked to him personally! He came on the floor and moved my furniture and made my pick up process the best one yet! He deserves all the praise, especially with not having me on the list for picking up due to poor communication when I let the store know I wanted to pick up Tuesday! He wrapped my furniture and loaded it in my vehicle in a timely manner ! His personality and uplifting spirits were everything I needed especially because I was so frustrated with not being in the list for picking up in the first place. He deserves praise and much more for his hard work and dedication! Truly an asset to the company! Thanks so much Deandre for making my day!

  We recently purchased a bed from Lee Paulson at HOM Furniture. It was a pleasure to work with Lee. He was attentive from the moment we walked in and helped us compare different options without being pushy. He even followed up with additional information via email, as promised. He was knowledgeable, polite, and handled everything, including setting up the delivery, with a high degree of professionalism. I highly recommend him. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. This is the kind of service that builds loyalty.

  Our Consultant, Kennedy, did an outstanding job, truly made us feel at home. He listened to us, was really patient and kind, offered his insights and recommendations as an experienced, knowledgeable professional. Kennedy led us to the best options for quality crafted, very well designed modular reclining sectional for our living room, other furniture for our family room and bedrooms, etc. MasterClass! Understanding our space, he also did an excellent job to coordinate everything, including area rugs and their great white glove delivery. Thanks so much Kennedy, as well as well as Joey and Meredith who helped with rugs.
