He made the buying process easy and fast which was great because we had our children with. We have bought most of our furniture from HOM in the past 15 years and it’s always been a good experience

The salesman was very considerate and and everything went smoothly and bought a nice mattress unfortunately their supply they don't have it in the warehouse. I have to wait for the truck to come that would've been nice to have had that before, but it will be here soon. my only complaint is that he is a packer packer!😳
- WDWilliam Driscoll3 days ago5.0Stopped in at HOM Furniture to look for a small rocker recliner. Rick Bayliss greeted us at the door and was extremely helpful to us. There were probably a hundred or so rocker recliners located throughout the store. After giving Rick our requirements he guided us through the store to find specific chairs that would meet our requirements which resulted in finding one that we really liked. Rick was very personable and customer centric. He helped us through the entire process of selecting a chair and custom upholstery to the purchasing process. It was a real pleasure to do business with him. He has. a customer for life when dealing with all our future furniture needs.
