  Worked with Cody on finding the perfect living combination in our new place. He was GREAT, knowledgeable, helped with decision-making and we had fun doing it. Found our new amazing couch and recliner within our budget. Great experience, highly recommend!

  My furniture order came on time as promised, but it was the wrong fabric and wrong color. Both I and a friend that assisted me in finding and purchasing my furniture called customer service. We weren’t able to connect with the consultant who wrote up the sale but did speak with another (Donna Owens). She explained the how it happened (it was an error in recoding the sale as the fabric was no longer available and the initial consultant should have seen that) . Ms Owens worked with us in finding a solution (we are returning what was delivered and switching out with the floor model). She handled everything from getting approval for the switch, a price reduction since the switch was with a floor model to arranging the pick up/delivery within just a couple of days. I highly recommend her!

  Very happy to have found two matching nightstands for my King size bed. James Davis was very helpful to check in their showrooms if they had any in stock, as these have been discontinued by Kincaid. Other furniture places would tell me to check on their website to see if any were in stock, not very helpful as some still had “in stock” when they were not in stock and the order would get cancelled after 2-4 days. Thank you Mr. Davis for going above and beyond!

  After having some issues ordering online I went to the chat option where I was connected with Kara. She was amazing to work with! She walked me through a few extra steps i needed to do as a new customer and then took care of my order for me. She explained all the ins and outs beautifully. She's definitely worth 5 stars!!

  We needed a good quality area rug for our living room and went right to Hom Furniture because of previous items we have purchased from them with complete satisfaction. Our sales associate, Edelyn, was very helpful in directing us to a great product. We showed her photos of our living room and she assisted us in finding just the right rug. She was very pleasant in every way and made our experience both rewarding and less stressful. The whole process was great and we love Hom Futniture!
