Though I was initially intent on a sectional for my new apartment, she eventually steered me to a “conversation “ sofa & oversized chair with 2 beautiful pillows in a unique fabric that will fit perfectly in my living space. "Find anything you like?" lady, you've been standing there the whole time, if I haven't even sat down on it yet, I can't give you your mandatory minute by minute feedback. Lost my business, that's for sure. Had I been left alone for ten seconds, I would have purchased online to make sure she didn't get her commission. It's furniture, not orphans, ain't that hard to pick something without being treated like a child.
- JKJonathan KochAug 22, 20255.0Jon was our salesman. We wandered 3 other furniture stores with no luck and Jon was the 1st in sales to make us feel comfortable with such a large purchase. We were between 2-3 couches and Jon SOLD us on the leather. Marla and I are so excited for the new couch! Jon does a fantastic job of educating but also being honest about the furnitures fit and pros/cons. Marla and I have had so many bad experiences with salespeople and Jon was the first in a long time to sell us. We WILL be back and Jon will be our go to guy with whatever piece we choose next.
