    Ashley in new car sales is amazing! I started working with her about a month ago, to discuss what I am looking for and a payment range. A few weeks later, she messaged me, we went back, back-and-forth a few times, and ultimately landed on a great deal! The buying process was super easy and fast. I personally like to work with people who are personable, and Ashley is just that. Not only is she personable, but she is super fun and knowledgeable. Ashley made this the best car buying experience! Recommend 10/10! Thank you, Ashley!!!

    I will never go there again never buy a car there they are a bunch of liars no communication I ask for 2 test and they did not run them all they did was tell me what I told them if the tests were needed then they should of called and I would of told them not to do anything I already knew my code they didn't help me at all

    Brought car in last week for an oil change because the sensor told us we needed an oil change. Brought the car home and we notice it was leaking oil. Took the car back the following week to check the leak and was told oil was leaking from engine oil cooler. It didn't leak when we took it in for the oil change. They told us they couldn't have damaged the part from an oil change. Looked it up on line and it said you can damage it through an oil change by tightening the oil filter to tight etc. The part is only $300.00. Holz is trying to charge us a total of $3384.74. to repair the car. They are doubling the price. It should only cost between $900 to $1500. So why are they price gouging us. My husband is 73 and a Vietnam vet going through chemo and radiation for cancer who just got treated like crap by Holz Chevrolet. We've been going there for 10 years and we are good customers. Not no more. We will never go there again and neither will anybody else we know. Response: We were never provided the multiple point inspection, it wasn't discussed with us at the time of the oil change, and an estimate was never provided for repairs then either. Your response is full of lies. This is another lack of communication. Your response is the first time I'm hearing about the brakes. Your reply further validates all my concerns about how we were treated. You caused unnecessary stress when all you needed to do was communicate and do your jobs. These prices are gouging because I'm getting all the work done for 1900. I don't care what your price programs tell you. It's sad how you can justify all this and not feel bad. This is horrible customer service and anyone reading this should avoid using your services. Reply: Stop replying and stop lying. We never received a text either!!! An expensive auto repair shouldn't be "texted" but rather verbally communicated to the owner right when it's found! Absolutely ridiculous excuses, just sad.

    Alex sold me a new car with great financing and at a good price. I was having some issues with getting a hitch installed and it was a huge headache, but Alex was helpful and had my back during the whole process. In the end, I got what I needed done because of Alex. He went above and beyond in terms of customer service and care. He has me sold on Holz and I will likely be a repeat customer when it comes time to buy a new car.
