- FLFabricio LimaAug 14, 20251.0I went to the parts department today at the Waco location to open a cash account for my cattle company and had a bad experience with the staff. It was like I was a burden to them. Several staff members saw and ignored me, they were talking among themselves, laughing and having a good time while I was standing waiting to be seen. So unprofessional and rude on their part. It seems like paying customers have become an inconvenience in their day.
