    Friendly staff, you can just walk right in and they have plenty of staff to help you out with either Parts, Service, or Sales. Ellos hablan español.

    Called ahead to see if they had a part in stock, 541-6956 fuel filter and water separator for a CAT 259D. Part was in stock and drove to the parts department. Followed the signs clearly labeled "Parts Department". Get there at the counter #1 part department, he tells me to go to counter #2 to order the part. Counter #2 sends me to Counter #3 where I was suppose to pay. Counter #3 sends me back to Counter #2 to "order" the part, then send back to Counter #3. I finally stepped back threw my arms up into the air and said "Can this be any more difficult?? I want to pick up and pay for a part! I called ahead and it is in stock." Lady overheard me and steps out from a back office. "This is the way we have always done it sir". Ended up going to 4 counters, then back to parts department to pick up and pay for one part. I thought I was on candid camera. Took 10 minutes to pick up and pay for an in-stock part when I was the only customer in the entire place. I must have been asked at lease four times by four different people "Do you have an account? What is the order number? Have you ordered the part?" What a circle jerk just trying to pick up one very common filter. Nope, won't be back.

    I’m really impress with the way Mr. Noe Flores handle the sales. I asked prices with kubota dealer and wait for weeks to process the credit application so I gave up with them. And Than a decide to ask Noe for pricing and for the moment I walk in their store he was extremely help full, I filed the application and 3 hours later I got the approval and next the day the deliver the machine to my shop. Thank you Noe again for been so professional we will go back if we need another machine. I highly recommend this Company.
