As a parent, finding the right preschool can be both exciting and daunting, but discovering Holmdel Preschool has been one of the greatest blessings for our family.
Both of my sons have attended Holmdel Preschool. My oldest is now in 2nd grade and the younger one is about to graduate from here.
From day one, it was clear that this is not just a preschool; it’s a nurturing, enriching environment where children are truly seen, supported, and inspired. The educators are more than teachers — they are passionate, attentive guides who genuinely care about each child's growth and well-being.
What sets Holmdel Preschool apart is its incredible array of special programs. Whether it's music and movement, STEM exploration, learning about other cultures, or their unique social-emotional learning curriculum, each program is thoughtfully designed to engage young minds and foster a love of learning. Our child comes home excited every day, full of stories about their discoveries and proud of their accomplishments.
While there are way too many events to list, some of the most memorable experiences include Apple Picking Day, Trunk or Treat, Diversity Dinners, Bubble and Magic Shows, and the Holiday Parties.
The academic foundation is what is really impressive and supersedes any expectations. The curriculum strikes a perfect balance between structure and creativity. Children are encouraged to ask questions, explore their interests, and think independently. We've watched our child blossom intellectually, socially, and emotionally in ways we couldn’t have imagined so early in their development. My older child was far ahead of the curve when in kindergarten because of what he learned at Holmdel Preschool.
Perhaps most importantly, the preschool feels like a second home — warm, welcoming, and inclusive. Communication with families is outstanding, and the staff truly partners with parents to support every child’s journey.
We cannot recommend Holmdel Preschool highly enough. It’s more than a preschool — it’s a place where confidence grows, friendships are formed, and futures are brightened. People love to ask children at this age if they know their shapes and colors. My youngest one loves to respond by telling people they did that a long time ago, they are reading and learning math now.
Our family thanks you and we are proud to be a part of this community.
