  Well since the remodel of Hollywood on the roof and finally got the phone number to reserve a table for our favorite band Gen X, found out tonight that you have to spend 60 dollars in alcohol and then at the end of the night a 20 % surcharge. Sorry but my husband and I are not alcoholics and there is no way we can spend 60 dollars in drinks. I believe in a couple of drinks and I know how to tip, but don't tell me what I have to spend and how much I have to tip. If service is good we do better than 20, if service is bad which it usually is there then I do less. Guess we will not be sitting to hear the bands, or we will not be going at all. Do not believe this is a good move for better business!!!
