  The place is nice. I haven't won a lot there. Could be a matter of timing. Good selection of slots.

  Just to put it simply: you win some, you lose some. I win more often than not, even if it's not a lot. Non-alcoholic drinks are free, alcoholic drinks are priced about what you expect. The food is good, but it's expensive. Plenty of options for games, everything from penny slots to high roller games. Worth the trip, will continue to frequent.

  I waa in the area on business and stopped by. Great casino. Everyone was friendly, I felt totally safe being there as a single woman. Security was present and available if there would have been a problem. A whole video poker section which made me super happy. That is not the norm anymore. Ive been to many casinos all over the USA and so glad I stopped by, even though I lost lol

  It was good experience just a little upset that they don't allow people to win big big money and they constantly change the algorithms on the machine so if you are trying to hustle Hollywood casino isn't the place to go but just trying to get out the house and no expectations to then it's a 5 star night just saying!!!

  Racist employees my wife who is an Asian woman asked several employees at the tables promotion counter and the cashier normal questions like where is high limit located and other questions you would ask if you’d never been to that particular casino before and she was treated with disrespect and was talked to as if she had no clue what the employees were saying but when I a white male ask the same things I get a nice respectful and helpful response will not ever come here again pitiful customer service go figure a penn location being bad
