  It like a weak casino there not options and the it seems like just locals here but for me no real winning I won few years back and so that’s why I visited again but not my hi casino it feels down when enter they need to brighten up and better machines so the atmosphere is more inviting it very dark and gloomy feeling inside of this Casino never seen anything like it

  Let me begin with a positive over the course of 15years I have played at Hollywood Casino location:Perryville MD and for most of that time , I have truly had tons of fun and relaxation. Nothing could take my mind of my husband's death more like that distraction and enjoyment. However the last 4years are leaving me to question, where is Quality Customer Service. ???!!! But even bigger, HOW DID THE SLOT EMPLOYEE PAY MY HANDPAY JACKPOT TO THE GUY (THOMAS Fatzinger) sitting next to me Rather then myself who sat in my chair and inserted my money into the slot machine and spun the wheel Winning a Handpay Jackpot !!!! I've yet to receive an answer or the correction of placing my 2179xx$ in my hand !!?

  I love this casino I've never walked out with less money then I went in with and that's the whole idea. Valley forge casino is nice and big but I Walk out broke every time. Went in with 6500 cash and came out with 2500 I went to Hollywood last week with 65 dollars and came home with 8000!
