  This place repeatedly turns away real IDs saying they won’t scan. Drove an hour and a half to get here since the new casino just opened and 2 people’s IDs in our group of 7 wouldn’t scan. They were rude and told us we were the only ones who had a problem. Ironically the restaurant staff then told us it happens multiple times a day. Judging by other reviews, that is the more accurate statement than to pretend like their system is fine and that we were the problem. The manager talked in circles about how new IDs are printing the ghost image too far to the right. Then he wanted us to wash the IDs with soap and water. Truly I lost brain cells listening to him. Last time I checked the state of Illinois is the authority for how IDs are printed. Fix your system instead of being so confidently wrong and then lying about it.

  WOW on the food here, and a foodie from Chicago. Antique Taco and The Lucky Goat are my current favs but I need to try the other restaurants here. The casino floor is Las Vegas style with live music and and lot going on. I feel lucky here as I've already hit several jackpots playing at this casino. Quickly has become my new favorite. Wish they had a hotel.

  Beautifully remodeled.. This place is huge, have all the games you like and some I've never seen before... Roomy is the part I love and the games people like to play, they have a huge selection of so your not stalking for a game... Lol Most likely, I would be back to visit again

  Ordered a martini at bar. $14 for one ounce.Total rip off. Challenged bartender. Wouldn't fix it. Said nope. Then $9 for a draft beer. Not a good experience . They want you to gamble and try to extort more cash via drinks. Spend $100 gambling, should be able to get a drink at decent px. Would not recommend.

  This casino is racist Me my wife n her friend went here I left my id in the car(a paper one cause I just applied for a real id for a trip we have planned for her birthday and I had to get a real ID) they let my wife and her friend in without even checking their ID’s but when I came back to the line. The lady said she couldn’t use mine because it was a paper one. I would much rather go to Harris any day over this play. Will never go her again. I don’t care if it is right down the street from my house.
