  I. Am very disappointed l was in room 283 elevator on the first floor my heater was not working in my room they had maintenance come in room and worked on it worked for 2hours an went back out it was so cold that house keeping brought us blankets was to cold to come down stairs an play machine just hung around in room got ready to take shower and shower was broken bad room really need to have free room again want be back again until Thanksgiving

  Spent this past Friday and Saturday for the first time in room 264. Outstanding folks, just outstanding and definitely our new monthly home away from home casino destination. Nice clean room, very good beverage service (Thank you Shannon, Erica and Nina), Delicious turkey club from the Celebrity Grill. Exceeded all our expectations for a hotel casino. Our entertainment dollar value has been met and the overall gaming experience there is fun and fantastic. We have found our new casino. (Previous Sam's Town) Thank you so much.

  My three night monthly mini vacation stay at the Hollywood Casino & Hotel was fantastic and beyond my expectations. I have been an Emerald status patron at Sam's Town Tunica for the past 5 years, but that is history now since they're closing in November. My experience at the Hollywood was absolutely top notch. The whole establishment has a classy and welcoming ambiance. The more open and airy casino floor layout is fantastic, the drink servers and security are great, and the slot machine options are abundant. The young lady at the check-in desk at 5:30 pm last Thursday evening was so lovely and informative when I mentioned that it was my first time staying there. My room had a great view facing the casino floor and it was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The restaurant options are very nice. The Celebrity Grill and it's staff are excellent and cook delicious food. I thank all the staff from all departments for making my monthly mini vacation enjoyable. The Hollywood Casino & Hotel is officially my new home away from home!

  Front desk very nice and helpful Slot machines above average. Pit boss, full manger is very nice. Cashier very nice and helpful VIP host are above average Housekeeping very nice help full Highlimit slot machine 🎰 pay well Entertainment as far as groups music ok group bands need improvement Food Is great have not eaten at the steakhouse yet so I cannot give an opinion on it yet

  I booked my room well in advance. Called to report a late check-in due to traveling hold ups. Was told there was going to be no issues. Once arrived, I was told no rooms available, that when I called the rooms were already booked up by the manager. So, when I called they already gave my room away. Finally found me a room at 10:00 p.m. and had to share a bed with my friend. The service lady was rude and seemed bothered to try to accommodate us. The next morning we were asked to wait until 11 to try to get moved to our original double room. I was told they would call me as soon as it was ready, I got the call at 6:30 p.m. and was asked to come immediately to switch rooms, we were at one of the other casinos at the time. Although the worker that evening was very pleasant, it still was a disappointing stay. Hope next year is better!!
