  Unprofessional in every respect. Damaged several items. Ripped headboard off the wall, drug mattresses across floor, broke castors off furniture, didn’t seem to care, just wanted to move stuff as fast as possible. It appeared one mover was casing my new house and wandering off from the other two. I caught him in a bedroom sitting on a chair on his cell phone. Do not hire this company. You will regret it!

  I tried to support the local team with my move and greatly regret doing so. On the day of the move the team arrived short at least one planned laborer so they quickly found themselves behind schedule. It was a local move, so this led to a late start unloading at the new home. I ended up having to help unload and they still worked well past midnight. The team did not use any protective coverings, so there wasn't a corner or doorframe that wasn't scratched or needed repainting. They reassembled a bed incorrectly (which later collapsed when a house guest used it). When leaving they drug the lift gate of the truck down the driveway (causing gashes), drove through and damaged a retaining wall and irrigation system, then backed over the mailbox. The claims process took months and they low-balled the repairs claiming no need to fix the driveway since there were other blemishes on it. I've decided it's not worth my time to go to small claims court, but would highly discourage anyone from utilizing their services.

  Juan and his team that completed our move did a great job. They were careful with everything, asked a lot of questions, and disassembled and reassembled items quickly and correctly. Once everything was in our new house, the team made sure we were happy with the placement of all of the furniture. They moved our china cabinet three times until my wife was happy with the location! The moving box rental system is great. It cuts way down on moving expenses. Doug will even supply recycled packing paper at no cost if you don't mind flattening it out before you use it. Just keep track of what you get and what is returned on moving day.
