We wanted something authentic and got it. We stayed with the Samosas and wished there were more. An informative discussion about the menu options with our server helped us narrow it down to the Yak and Salmon. It was our first exposure to yak and, while a little dry, found it wonderfully earthy, similar to lamb (my favorite) and packed with unique flavors. We washed it all down with a bottle of wine and tipped like we are rich. Thank you for a great dinner!

I have to say I haven't given a negative review to a restaurant ever. But had the worst service experience ordering a food. I understand there is pressure with the number of people to serve, but if a customer is having a question on the portion size, it is responsibility of the person to make them understand. I would have had better experience ordering in door dash. Please take care of your employees and train them on customer service.

I am a Jain and they didn’t have any single Vegitarian item without onion garlic. I am assuming all Nepalese restaurants expect only people who want to eat meat and eggs. Their dessert Gulab-jamun had eggs and all items had garlic. Quite that even India being a neighbour didn’t enable them to invest into a single item.

We came here on a recommendation from a tour guide. When we arrived, the restaurant was fairly quiet with not much dine-in activity, though we did notice a steady stream of takeout orders being picked up. We ordered the Chicken Saag, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Garlic Naan. It took over 50 minutes for our food to arrive. Our waiter was kind and patient, explaining that the kitchen was very busy with takeout orders, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite make up for the long wait. The Chicken Tikka Masala was quite bland—echoing some of the earlier reviews I’d read, to which the owner had promised improvements. The chicken itself was overcooked breast meat. The Chicken Saag, on the other hand, was flavorful and easily the highlight of the meal. The “Garlic Naan” we ordered turned out to be plain naan that wasn’t very fresh, with slightly stale edges. Perhaps we just caught them on an off night. The warm, cozy decor and friendly service were definite positives, and the restaurant seems popular with locals. I’d consider giving it another chance, but this visit left me underwhelmed.
