  I live here for 3 years and Ms Gwen was professional and respectful Ms Hawkins don't know what she's doing and I have issues with water pipes and I called several times and she said I will send someone and they never came. So I'm telling you do not rent here and this apartment complex is roaches effected down the street three apartments buildings smoke crack and PCP. I miss ms Gwen.

  I lived on Hillside Terrace Property in Southeast DC for over 25 + years. And I'm very pleased as you can see with the years I live here at Hillside. Its the hidden diamond in SE DC.
