- ASAnthony SalinasOct 11, 20253.0This company helped us when my wife got stuck on hwy 26 when she got a flat tire, unfortunately I was not there with her and she did not have the necessary tools to put the spare tire on! So I called and they said 60 to 90 min eta which was understandable given the distance as it took me an hour to get out there! We unfortunately don’t own any of the necessary tools to change a tire at this time and all I wanted to do was get to my wife so she wasn’t alone in the dark! I arrived an hour and a half later and the driver had not shown up yet again I’m not complaining about the wait my main complaint is that when she arrived to help us out she asked why she was there is I was there and why I didn’t change the tire myself! Who does that!! I’m paying you to help me and my wife if I had the right tools I would have done it and not spent 200 dollars! She was nicer at the end of the job when it came time to pay and she recommended AAA as if it would help now, it definitely felt like a back handed advice. Anyway I’m grateful that we got your assistance but you should teach you employees to have a little more empathy.

Both times he was incredibly proficient and courteous. I hate seeing my old girl on the back of a tow truck but at least I know she's in good hands on route to the shop. He did a remarkable job hooking us up roadside, his skill and problem solving our units suspension was masterful. Delivery to our long, narrow, and dark driveway was pretty much Jedi level. Absurdly talented. 🙌💪🏻👍
