  I really appreciate these guys on the team at Hillen. They are kind and thorough without being overbearing (as mechanics sometimes are to women in particular ). I will continue to use them in the future. I had a concern after my car was serviced and they responded promptly and reassured me that everything was working great. My car drives so much better now which I appreciate it as it is a high mileage Toyota that I will love and maintain well until it dies.

  I needed a Maryland state inspection for a newly acquired vehicle, and they were near to where I work. They were flexible regarding changing my appointment when the first time scheduled was no longer available for me. They were polite and clean, have an excellent waiting room, and the price was good. I’ll definitely be back for other types of service.

  I absolutely love taking my car to Hillen. First, everyone is so kind, polite, HONEST, and respectful (and funny). Second, the quality of their work is exceptional. They are conscientious and keep ahead of what's going on with my car, making recommendations when necessary. And third, they treat my 77-year-old mother with such kindness and consideration, which really reflects the integrity and ethics of the shop. Thanks so much for taking great care of my Acura!
