  I installed a new furnace and AC system in my home and all I needed was to have the line set ran and refrigerant released and checked along with the drain coming from the a-coil. I was there the whole time helping besides the brazing. Wife and I was shocked seeing a $1900 bill for that!!! I think everything was way overpriced parts included. The technician even burnt the paint off the corner of my condensing unit and had to intervene a couple times on what a straight line looks like. I’m sure Hill and Hill is a good company but with my experience it wasn’t that great. Sorry!

  We had an emergency toilet situation (are there any other kind) and they responded immediately and had someone over for an emergency visit in 20 minutes. We solved the problem and were able to figure out what to do to prevent it in the future. Cannot recommend this company enough. Hugely responsive and helpful.
