  We made our monthly trip up to Fredericksburg to hit the wineries yesterday and had some time to kill before dinner so we stopped by. It was an amazing experience. Dan was AWESOME! He was extremely knowledgeable (very talented Chocolatier), very attentive (w/o being pushy) and just a pleasure to speak to. Not only were the chocolates some of the best we've ever had anywhere, but Dan's company made it a memorable experience. He taught us so much about their product and the process involved in making their fine chocolates. From now on, instead of heading into town or spending an hour at the Circle E factory (my wife is a Circle E freak), we're going to make a stop at Hill Country Chocolate part of our routine. I cannot recommend this place enough!

  We recently had some friends from Taiwan visiting, so I looked for something special in the Hill Country. I booked the “Premier Wine and Chocolate Experience” for our group. Dan, one of the owners took us upstairs where they had set up for us. We were stopped in our tracks when we saw what was awaiting us, just amazing! The chocolate assortment was incredible, and turned out to be incredibly delicious custom made gourmet chocolates, that would rival the best chocolates found in Europe. I have to say in all honesty, that it was a fantastic value, I could not have picked a better place. Also, perfect for special occasions such as a wedding anniversary. Our thanks to Dan and staff for a wonderful experience!

  If you’re in Fredericksburg for a for the weekend, this is a MUST! We stopped by with a group of 8 after 2 wineries had said they didn’t have time for us and it was the best part of the entire weekend. The owner Dan was there and made our wedding party feel so special, telling us about all of the chocolates and how they make them. Their team is so sweet, the wine and chocolates were phenomenal, and their customer service was superb.

  Legit our favorite stop in all of the area. If you are looking for the most amazing chocolates with a staff that's is extremely knowledgeable, look to Dan the man and his staff. We will definitely be back!

  Such a cool place and AMAZING chocolate (and other treats like jalepeno peanut brittle😍). The owners are very nice and helpful and we even stopped in close to closing time on a Saturday and they were just as welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again next summer❤️🍫
