  DO NOT RENT HERE – Serious Mildew Issues and Poor Management. I would give them no stars, if I could. I’ve had an ongoing mildew problem in my apartment at Highpark Apartments (Building 8) since I first reported it to management on June 28, 2025 — and to this day, they have made no real effort to fix the root cause of the issue. All they care about is collecting rent, not the well-being or safety of their tenants. What’s worse is that I have evidence of the mildew, including photos, videos of the mildew and recordings from their own maintenance management admitting that there are other units on the property with the same mildew problem. This clearly shows it’s a widespread issue that they’re fully aware of — yet they continue to ignore it. If you value your health, your money, and peace of mind, do NOT rent here. This property is neglectful and irresponsible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. BEWARE of Highpark Apartments in Cypress, Texas 77433. Address : 20515 Cypress Plaza Pkwy.

  Extremely beautiful property and lovely staff. I really enjoy the community events and location of my daily commute to work and school.

  Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Alexis, which made a wonderful first impression. She was very kind and courteous. Following the tour, I had the pleasure of meeting Ki'Erin, who was exceptionally helpful in explaining everything about the community and the leasing process. She was very welcoming, she listened attentively to my needs and provided excellent advice and information.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highpark Apartments has truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the professional and friendly staff. The community is always clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. I love the modern design of the units, the convenient location just minutes from H-E-B and Life Time Fitness, and the top-notch amenities like the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication from management is excellent. The only small suggestion I have is improving the soundproofing between floors — sometimes noise from the apartment above can be heard, which may create some discomfort for neighbors below. But overall, my experience has been amazing, and I’m proud to call Highpark home. Thank you for creating such a great living environment!

  We have lived at HighPark for a short time. The staff is irreplaceable, professional, always willing to help. The manager Alexis has an open door policy, she too is willing to help, and answers the phone. This quality is very hard to find. "ANYWHERE" I so appreciate her drive for perfection. Her entire staff operates by her lead. If you can get past the application process and operation system you are golden. However, the staff will do everything to get you past that process.. this is in no way a reflection of the on site staff. This problem is a management company decision and problem.
