    The apartment looked clean and cozy, and the community manager, Joelies, was incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks to their assistance, I have an even better impression of the place. I really hope to move in soon once a unit becomes available!

    Please save yourself some time and do not do business with them. There are way much better leasing agents out there who will handle your application in a more efficient and professional way. I’m keeping my name anonymous. I applied for the apartment 242. First of all Its very difficult for someone to pick up the phone. A Couple weeks ago, the agent answered (finally!) to listen to my cancellation request. I was told I will get my $100 refund plus an email confirmation. I NEVER did and it’s been the second time I request it. Good luck trying to get somebody answer the phone again or replying any emails. I gave up, and I’m leaving my honest review here to make people aware of what type of management you will be dealing with.

    Not a good place. The maintenance requests are never taken care in time. You have to follow up multiple times and it takes multiple months to take care of even the smallest issues that needs attention. Lying about services that they will do is another thing. They say they will do but it is just to make you forget about your requests or be tired of following up that you leave it.

    I’ve been a tenant nearly 10 years and seen this property undergo many changes. I can honestly say I’m thankful for the New hire manager “Victoria” she has been attentive to tenants needs and operating community activities which has enhanced the overall relationship amongst the resident and management. Some construction and New renovations are undergoing at this property such as the carpet, painting, game room and dog park. I am excited and feel confident with these two ladies in charge. I love the ice cream truck that comes every other month and the children enjoy all the free ice cream and some residents cookout in the back. Joelies the leasing manager does an amazing job even while being under staffed before hiring Victoria. I am confident in both these ladies and know they will bring light to the community. I was able to witness Victoria assist with a medical emergency and helping a resident, thank God. Her ability to jump into action and call 911 was beyond impeccable. I look forward to seeing what else these wonderful ladies from leasing office is capable of doing. Thank You!!

    I applied for an apartment on May 3 with a $100 deposit that is supposed to be returned if rejected for the apartment or if the application is withdrawn. I also toured on May 5 and noticed that the first floor hallway carpets were stained with water damage in multiple areas. A resident mentioned that the elevator we were using was down constantly and maintenance was there frequently to service it. I called 3 times on May 6 leaving a voicemail to be called back and 1 time on May 7. Nobody picked up at any point and I never received a call back. I called once more on May 15 where finally Victoria Smalls picked up the phone. At this point I requested that my application be canceled with a refund of my $100 deposit and Victoria emailed me a receipt of this refund. Currently it is May 29, I called once more and once again nobody picked up the phone. I have not received my $100 deposit back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A majority of the reviews are from several years ago and it seems that management has changed. They do not deserve a 4* rating and I could caution anyone against leasing at this apartment complex given their extremely poor communication and unprofessional behavior.
