  First, I did a lot of work to find not just the right company, but, even more importantly, the right person. I relied on referrals, reviews, real estate agents…..I even contacted the Better Business Bureau. After several interviews I found Luke Smith at Highlander Roofing Services in Franklin, North Carolina. Our home had been heavily damaged from Hurricane Helene and we could no longer live in it. So, a ten hour round trip meant…….I have to rely on other's. Luke was that guy. So much damage was not observable until the old roof was disassembled. He helped us in so many ways……even driving to us with some larger metal samples. The constant stream of photographs with notes…..really eased the stress level. Even if I been standing there…….there is nothing I could have added. Luke’s crew are professionals…..there is a project manager ( a very sharp guy)………I’m convinced they left no stone unturned. For a job like this, I think it’s crucial to have crystal clear communication…….and Luke excelled at that. My neighbors are certainly impressed with the outcome. Anne and I could not be happier……from beginning to end. Thank you to Luke Smith….and his team at Highlander Roofing Services.

  The entire project of placing a new roof was excellent. From time a call was placed, during Helene, the inspection, ordering roofing material and transporting to our home at 4,100 feet We could not believe how smoothly such a difficult task was tackled. The placement of roof and clean up was completed in half day! This was a highly professional job and I would recommend their work with enthusiasm. PSS ,Fines creek area,NC

  After a tree strike slammed completely through the ridge of my detached garage and broke several trusses, I reached out to three different roofing companies. Highlander Roofing Services was the only one that actually showed up for the appointment and provided a solid quote. We signed the agreement, and within just a few weeks, they had a crew out tearing off the old roof. They discovered a lot more wood damage than expected, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. By the afternoon, the entire job was done and I had a brand new roof. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and exactly what I needed after the stress of the initial damage. Highly recommend Highlander for anyone needing quality roofing work done right.
