  Went there to check cash a check at the Saint Paul location around 1:30 pm. I didn't have an account with Highland bank but my check was drawn on their bank so that's why I went The teller I had when I went through drive-thru was amazing. I wish all tellers could be like her. She was courteous and quick. She made me want to open up an account there . I really appreciate her. Her customer service was outstanding. I was impressed....Way to go Highland Bank she's a keeper 🤗

  I fell victim to a scammer who hacked my account. I dealt directly with Matt from the Saint Paul Highland Bank branch. He gave me very easy and specific instructions on what to do. He had my old account closed, new account opened, and my money recovered and in my new account in just a few days. Matt moved quickly, is efficient and very friendly. I’ve been with this bank for over 20 years, and this is why. I recommend Highland Bank to all :)!

  I was a “walk-in” for a checking account and Kathy helped me within minutes. I thought I’d need a reservation to see a banker but she was available, she guided me through the forms, explained the benefits of their services, and I was walking out forty minutes later with my account number in hand and a folder of information. Thanks Kathy. Good job.

  They are only a few HL banks in MN. It's not conveniently located like others. Time is 12:40pm Wednesday December 22nd and they are already closed. The drive thru was also closed too. I drove 25 minutes to get there. What a waist.
