  What most banks call tellers are relationship bankers at Highland Bank. And it is obvious from the way they handle transactions with you that they are interested in a good relationship. It seems to be much more than a common bank. I’m glad I needed their services and I’m glad that Evelyn was my relationship banker. She did a fantastic job answered all questions and assisted when I had an issue I was unsure about. Very efficient operation very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend Highland Bank to anyone coming to Ely.
