What items am I not allowed to store in storage units and parking spaces in Chino Valley, AZ?
You cannot store combustible materials because of the threat of them catching fire. These items include fireworks, fuel tanks, fertilizer, paint thinner, and so on. If it seems like it'll easily catch fire, avoid storing it. You also cannot store firearms.
You cannot store living animals or plants. Do not treat a storage space as a replacement for a proper pet sitter. Not only are storage spaces not built for people or animals to live in them, but the food you leave out for your pets could also attract pests. Similarly, plant soil could attract pests as well.
You cannot store food of any type including, but not limited to, canned foods, perishable foods, dry foods, or pet food for similar reasons. Food will attract pests and will cause an infestation in your storage space and spread to others.
Lastly, you cannot store illegal items such as prohibited weapons, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, and stolen items. If it's not legal to house it elsewhere, you cannot store it here.

Do I need a reservation to rent a storage unit in Chino Valley, AZ?

However, a reservation does ensure that you'll be able to secure the exact space you need. If you spot a deal or low price for a certain space, you will need to reserve that space at that time to lock in that price.
Otherwise, you can just complete the rental online, or give us a call and we will rent the unit over the phone whenever you're ready.
Why choose All-Concrete drive up storage in Chino Valley, AZ?
We offer all-Concrete drive up storage here at High Plains Storage, never worry about muddy and wet, sloppy shoes!
Drive-up storage spaces are located along the exterior of the building so you can literally drive right up to them. These spaces allow you to easily unload and load your vehicle, making it a breeze to put stuff in, or take stuff out of your storage space. These are convenient spaces if you know you're going to store belongings that would be difficult to carry in and out of a building, especially when those buildings have multiple floors.

Can I stay for just two or three weeks?

Do you charge an administrative or move-in fee?
No, we do not. The monthly rental rate plus Chino Valley’s 3% tax is all that’s due to move-in (pro-rated for the specific move-in day).
Do I need to bring my own lock for the storage unit?
No, we do not use traditional locks. We offer the state-of-the-art Noke APP, which is an electronic lock / digital key through your Smart phone. No locks needed, and no keys to forget! We do offer another option for non-Smart phone users.
Do you offer insurance to protect my property?
We offer 3 levels of protection plans for the enclosed storage units ($2000, $3,000, and $5000 value; costing $9, $10, or $12 / month). Or if you have your own insurance that will protect your property in storage (up to $5000); you may waive the protection plan coverage we offer.
Can I store my car at your facility?
Yes, we offer a 10x20 enclosed storage unit for smaller cars (19’ long or less) and a 12x25 enclosed storage unit for mid-size cars or trailers/boats (24’ long or less). Our roll-up doors are 8’ tall on both units and 8’8” wide on the 10x20 unit and 10’ wide on the 12x25 unit. We have specific units that can accommodate a trailer backing into the space if the vehicle is not drivable. Vehicles should not leak. No maintenance is allowed at the facility.
Can I have my spouse / friend have access to the storage facility too?
The Noke APP we offer has a feature for the tenant to share the APP with anyone they choose, therefore the other person has the same access as the tenant or with limitations set by Tenant.
Does the covered RV parking offer electricity?
Yes, there is a trickle charge option to keep batteries charged, available for a separate monthly fee. Not intended to power fridges or air conditioners.
Is water available at your facility for my RV?
No, however, potable water, dump, and propane services are available just 1 mile North of our facility at the local hardware store.
How do you control rodents / pests?
We have bait boxes so if rodents visit, they won’t return. We spray monthly outside of the enclosed storage units to help prevent bugs/spiders from hanging around. Also our facility being built entirely on concrete is a strong deterrent as the creatures prefer the natural fields and gravel/dirt in the surrounding areas and not the concrete surface we provide.
