  Hier Drilling GREAT! They have the best techs, they are on it when really need em, An absolute pleasure to work with. And they don't gouge you on extra service fees even when it's' an emergency situation (Other companies will gouge you when your in a pinch)They could take a lesson from HIER on customer service.   Our water went out suddenly, in 99 degree weather. We called several places but everyone was busy. Hier Drilling was able to come out within an hour, found the problem, had a guy bring a part to our house, and fixed it. THANK YOU HIER!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

  Made an appointment for today. Nobody showed up or called. When I called to see what was up I was told they had me down for a month and a half from now which was not our appointment. Was not even going to be in town then. Very disappointed
