  Second time I purchased from Hickory FP & Patio. First about one year ago for myself. Needed to replace entire FP to update. It had to fit exactly and that wasn't easy. But it was perfect and the install went great. A friend just moved here and needed a bit of an upgrade on her FP. Went back with her and everything was just as before...knowledgeable and helpful staff.

  I called with an off the wall question about fireplaces and, though their services were not a fit for my need, Cindy went out of her way to answer my question and resources in my area. This kind of above and beyond service/help is hard to find.
