  Daniel was very professional and did an outstanding job of explaining about my heat pump and problems that could occur. He was very personable and friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. I don't know what criteria Hickey uses to hire your service techs but each one that I have encountered has been professional, friendly, respectful of me and my property and it makes me very happy that I have a service agreement with you.

  Over the past 3 weeks I had a new gas water heater installed and major repairs done to my furnace. Cory, Kirk and Manny took care of it all!! They are a great bunch of guys that you can depend on!! Thanks so much!!!

  David and his assistant seemed very knowledgeable. They both explained the procedures they were checking and went over the results. I appreciated that they called to let me know they were in route to my house. Both guys were very friendly and courteous.

  Clint, David, and Braydon were very through, knew their stuff, and cleaned up very well. They even took the tree that had to be removed for the inspector, they said they would bring it back to the shop for a Charlie Brown Xmas Tree.

  A plumber came to my house to address a leaking issue in my bathroom that had caused some ceiling damage. The plumber himself was very nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing, and managed to find the issue promptly. I don't want to sound picky, but for the price I paid, I would expect 5-star service. The technician did not wear shoe covers and did not properly clean the floor after he was done with his work. Leaving me having to clean up after him. I would have taken pictures, but I did not think about it at that time. Furthermore, he caused some scratches on my hardwood steps with his machine while he was going down the steps. Don't get me wrong here, I am happy that my issue is fixed. I understand that this type of work is not necessarily pleasant, but I expect to have thorough and precise work.
