The 2 man crew from Hiatt Service LLC removed the old HVAC system and installed the new High Efficiency unit, humidifier and new thermostat. They hauled away the old. All the service was done in the same day. I am very pleased with the new unit and Hiatt's technicians were very professional.

Frequently Asked Questions About Hiatt Service LLC

How often should I have my HVAC system serviced in Kansas?

In Kansas, it's advisable to have your HVAC system serviced twice annually. Schedule a service appointment in the spring before the cooling season begins, and another in the fall before the heating season starts. This routine maintenance helps make sure your system operates efficiently year-round.

Do I really need to replace my air filter every month?

The frequency of air filter replacement in Kansas depends on various factors, including your home environment and the type of filter you use. Given the seasonal pollen and dust in the area, it's recommended to inspect your filter monthly. Generally, replacing it every 1 to 3 months is sufficient to maintain optimal air quality and system efficiency.
