  I'm really happy with the work Hi-Tech Irrigation did on my sprinkler system! They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly before starting the repairs. They were professional and the office staff was friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be calling them again for maintenance and recommending them to my neighbors.

  I signed up with this company in 2019 for installation, and that work was always amazing very professional. I even used them again in 2024 for an additional installation, which went just as well. The issues come with their servicing, which has declined over the years. I’ve noticed repeated claims of broken parts or issues before the technician has even inspected anything. When I question it, I’m dismissed, which feels very suspicious. The installation work is excellent, but be observant and pay attention during servicing they don’t seem to expect questions, and I’ve seen a pattern of questionable notes and charges over time. Response to your response . How comical , delusional and out of touch is your response . I’m leaving this review because I’m done doing business with your company . Already found a much more professional and honest company to work with . You guys have a bad reputation out there ,Good luck !

  High Tech's team is amazing! They always Do their very Best. Anytime I call the ladies are always friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. They go above the standards to be accommodating, Tech's come on time, call ahead, and answer all my questions. I highly recommend High Tech & the team!!!

  Highly recommend the Hi-Tech team. From start to finish, timely, responsive and people that actually answer their phones and communicate; so tired of the voicemails and text responses from so many places these days. I used the Wi-Fi program they offered for controlling the sprinklers and it works great !

  I would highly recommend Hi-Tech for all your sprinkler needs. We had them install our sprinkler system 8 years ago and they have serviced it every year since. They have impeccable customer service and respond quickly to any calls. When they installed the new system we had some issues because of our existing pump and they took the time to figure it out, coming to our house several times to install many controllers until they got it to work properly. And we have not had any issues at all since it was installed. Wonderful company!
