  Ignition lock in my 2008 Honda Fit stopped working and my car was stuck at the Springfield Winco parking lot at 4pm. After calling another locksmith who would cut me a new key for $175 to see if that might work (no guarantee!) a local mechanic recommended I call Heyman's. I got my car towed over to Heyman's and Jason said he would work on the ignition the next morning. Sure enough I got a call from Jason at about 10am and the ignition lock was fixed and I didn't need new keys! Total repair cost was only $85!!! Kendall Honda quoted me $825 plus a locksmith fee to rekey it....thank you Jason and Heyman...you have my business for life!!!

  These guys are great, I’ve used them for years. I’ve had them out to my house for service work and recently had all the locks changed at my business.

  Went in today to get a simple CH509 key cut. I was refused service because i didn't drive our 68' semi truck and trailer to their shop. For those that dont know , a CH509 is a cam lock key found on tool boxes, tarp boxes. low security boxes. You can order them online if you can wait for shipping. There are millions of these locks and keys out there. Any way I normally go to Eugene lock and safe a couple blocks down from these people but didn't. I was amazed at the treatment I received. Again this is a low security lock. I could have bought a cam lock with the key off of the back shelf behind their counter. SAME KEY! I am not sure how they are still in business. Thank you Eugene Lock and Safe for getting me taken care of. Keep up the good work Heyman's Eugene Lock and Safe appreciates your business. I will never go back to Heymans , Their lack of intellect cause's major concern with security .( In response to your reply) This is NOT an automotive key! this is a tool box key! I understand not making a key for ignition or for an entry door. When you are in charge of 50 tool boxes that hang off the side of a trailer and drivers loos the key . I need the option to call in with a code. Eugene Lock and safe is happy to get my business. I can go to your store and buy a lock cyl and key no questions asked and replace the lock set for the tool box. but get a copy of the key from the key code not a chance.
