  I've worked with this company for many many years and always had great quality service and highly recommended this company. However in the last 2 years I have had the worst service ever. Last year I lost half of my lawn due to Grub infestation even though I pay for grub control and called them on numerous occasions to have them come out and retreat but they never showed up. I consistently got broken promises from Robert that it would be taken care of. Hoping that this was a one-off situation last year alone I wanted to put the problem behind me and move forward and hope for better service this year however I have yet to see that better service. I call numerous times for retreatment because the weeds never seem to be under control and no one ever shows up or they show up and treat the front yard only document that they did front and back however my security cameras clearly show they never even walk into the backyard. I've had countless conversations with the phone staff in which the girls are absolutely wonderful and they have explained to me that there was a change in ownership which explains the terrible service in which we are all now receiving. In my case in particular Robert is a very big part of the problem I've asked to speak to the manager and been informed that Robert is the top dog there and that I would not be able to speak with the owner. It's sad to see what has happened to this company just in the last 2 years.

  We purchased their service for this year and the more they sprayed and put the granules down the worse our yard looked.

  Super impressed and highly recommend!!! First off, they are priced very reasonably. And their season schedule for lawn treatments is the same as other more expensive companies. Secondly, I was very impressed with their costumer service. We recently bought our home, and a few days after they came for the first lawn application, I realized our lot line was a little larger than I had realized. So I called to only ask that if they happened to be in the area, could they maybe stop by to spray this missed area in our backyard. This was my mistake, not theirs. The person on the phone took notes of where this area was, and said they will have someone stop by in the next couple days. And that very next day their technician, Reginald, came out and sprayed not only the missed area, but went around the entire yard again. He said he rather be extra diligent since he was there. All at no extra charge! I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to put the extra work/care in for a customer. 😀
