  I just want to thank you for coming to the rescue! You fixed a problem with a dry well overflow that was installed incorrectly at my mom's house causing the front yard to flood. The dry well was installed incorrectly and not sure why it was even needed to begin with since a sewer drain was available on the property. You found out how to properly fix the problem. You company is knowledgeable and professional! This is hard to find these days and I'm glad we called you. You will be first on our list of contractors from now on!!!

  I had a great experience with Herrmann Services. When i thought my A/C unit needed a new compressor, they sourced the parts and scheduled me within 3 business days. When Ethan came out for the initial repair they found more issues causing a need for a whole new system. Bryce was considerate of my situation and again, sourced the parts and scheduled me for 2 days later. Owen and Danny came to do the install and estimated about 7 hours from start to finish.. they ended up completing the project in less than 5. Great service, professional, and incredibly helpful!!

  I called for a weekend repair for my A/C, I was told by a worker that the total cost would be around $500 but he walked me through a simple fix over the phone helping me fix it myself and getting the job done for free. 11/10 would recommend.
