From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Brian was outstanding—more of a skilled craftsman than a typical service tech. He reinforced the shower base by injecting material to fill the gaps between it and the concrete slab, which had settled over time. Then he carefully repaired the cracks, restored the fiberglass, and finished the job with a non-slip treatment. The results are incredible. You’d never know there was ever a problem. Highly recommend—great company, great people, and top-notch work.
